In-house training & inference
Scope the workstation around the run.
Helmstone’s W1, W2, and W4 pair NVIDIA Blackwell accelerators with different workstation configurations. Start with your model, workload shape, and expected run duration; use those details to decide which system to discuss.
W4 is quote-only. Its up-to-72-hour frontier-training duration is a target workload; liquid-loop validation is ongoing and a canonical burn-in is not yet published.
Blackwell lineup
Three workstation classes, different workload envelopes.
Compare the accelerator configuration and the evidence currently published for each tier. Published W1 measurements describe the W1 workload only; they are not results for W2 or W4.
Single-GPU workstation
A single-GPU starting point for local model development, fine-tuning, and inference.
Dual-GPU, air-cooled system
A dual-GPU option for multi-day inference and workloads that need more GPU memory.
Validation status
Canonical burn-in not yet published; thermal validation is in progress.
Check per-tier benchmark statusFour-GPU, liquid-cooled system
The lineup’s frontier-training target, with a multi-GPU allreduce workload in scope.
Validation status
Canonical burn-in not yet published; liquid-loop validation is in progress.
Review the W4 configuration and statusSustained workload planning
Include the conditions that shape a long run.
A short peak test does not describe how a system behaves through an extended job. When you compare workstation options, consider the workload and batch shape, expected run duration, thermal approach, and available facility power alongside accelerator specifications.
Helmstone’s published W1 record reports a specific 48-hour FP16 inference burn-in. W2 and W4 do not yet have published canonical burn-in results, so do not use the W1 record as evidence for either configuration. W2 is in thermal validation; W4 is in liquid-loop validation.
Review per-tier benchmark statusNext step / W4 quote-only
Bring the workload and deployment context.
The quote form can start with W4 selected and lets you identify your buyer use case, describe the workload, and share expected run duration and procurement timing. A request opens a configuration and commercial review; it is not a checkout.
