What to include

To get a configuration in one round-trip:

  • 01.Target GPU or system class (single GPU, multi-GPU, rack, or cluster)
  • 02.Workload type, model class, batch shape, and expected run duration
  • 03.Deployment timeline, site location, and preferred service metro
  • 04.Support or installation needs, plus procurement vehicle (PO, grant, capital)

The workstation ships with a written support contract and SLA. Read it before you sign a quote so the response windows and on-site footprint are pinned in writing.
